6 Steps to Deal with Anxiety

Here are the 6 basic steps I implemented from my research and they have helped me when dealing with my anxieties.

1. The most important issue for me was alcohol and coffee (Nicotine can trigger the attacks as well.)Now a glass of wine may calm you, but if you over drink, the next day you may get anxiety or panic attack!

3. Talking to my wife and some very close friends about the fears I was facing made the difference as well. Basically just getting it out of my system. Trust me, I saved a lot of money this way, instead of going to therapist.

5. Methods of relaxation such as breathing or if possible some light exercise (Which in my case was more difficult but still possible.)
6. Avoiding sugar and adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet.

However the fact is, that these steps will help lower the number of anxiety attacks, but you need to change your mind set. You do not want to live in fear, you want to live in peace!
