Beat Anxiety and Panic Attacks

I’ve tried various sleeping pills, because in the process I’ve developed chronic insomnia and a fear of going to bed. They worked at first, but once my body got used to them, they stopped working.

I’ve tried various antidepressants, such as Tofranil, Norpramine, tried Klonopin/Ativan, but I swear they got me only more down! And you don’t want to know the side effects that gripped me everytime I was taking one of those! (think constipation, dry mouth, blurred vision and urinary retention, being dizzy all the time…)

I’ve tried so many things, that my body is still aching, years after, from the after effects of all these chemicals in my system. And all they offered (if at all!) was a quick, temporary fix for the physical anxiety attack symptoms.

But guess what?

What people fail to see, and I failed to see for a long while as well, is that, although anxiety panic attack has physical symptoms, it is NOT a physical illness. It is an emotional illness, that comes from within. And you can NOT treat psychological ailments with physical means. It just doesn’t work that way. It took me ages to realise that. What a wasted time!

Medicine works (when it does) as long as you have an unending supply. When the prescription runs out, its time to run down to the nearest pharmacy and buy some more, and it isn’t free either.

If you are serious of getting rid, once and for all, of anxiety panic attacks, and all the baggage that comes with this disease, give natural cures a try. Now you don’t have to run down to the pharmacy every month for a refill and you are on the path to total recovery.
